Service Description
Both exercise training and massage therapy techniques offered to provide a unique experience! Service includes: - 30 minutes of assessment and neuro-stim techniques to promote alignment - 60 minutes of bodywork with integrated breathwork and education - 30 minutes of integrated gentle restorative exercise to promote balance and healing - Use of tools or modalities for myofascial release may be used such as cupping, Gua Sha, Theragun, or Kinesiology Tape - Includes optional use of a stretching strap, resistance bands, Pilates ball, or light weights on a table-top surface *Book an additional hour for a more transformative, retreat-like experience! *A free 10-15 minute consultation is required for this service. *A deposit is required to hold this service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking date will not be charged. However, cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount, while those made within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please get in touch with us at (765) 299-1528 at least 72 hours in advance; rescheduling may incur a fee and is subject to availability. Please note any unpaid balance or invoice needs to be paid in full before you can rebook. In special circumstances, such as emergencies, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.
