Service Description
Program includes: - 4 weeks of a pre-programmed, tailored exercise routine performed via 2, 30-minute 1:1 personal training sessions - Deposit fee required for you to receive your program materials, up to 60 minutes of round-trip travel time, and any hauling of equipment - 1, 30 minute virtual meeting each week for 4 weeks - Form and skill development per client goals - Optional nutrition advising - Education on recovery (includes stretch or mobility work) *Consultation and deposit are required for this service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking date will not be charged. However, cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount, while those made within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please get in touch with us at (765) 299-1528 at least 72 hours in advance; rescheduling may incur a fee and is subject to availability. Please note any unpaid balance or invoice needs to be paid in full before you can rebook. In special circumstances, such as emergencies, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.
