Craniosacral Therapy involves a light, still touch that listens to your body's rhythms and supports its innate ability to heal. During a session, gentle sustained pressure is used at contact points - often at your feet, head, or sacrum - to tune into the subtle fluctuations of cerebrospinal fluid that surround your brain and spinal cord. Once fluid is improved, tissues surrounding can relax easier and the nervous system can calm down. CST is beneficial in managing symptoms associated with chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, headaches or migraines, neuralgia, post-concussion syndrome, scoliosis, stroke, and temporomandibular joint  (TMJ) syndrome.  Session includes: - 20, 50, or 80-minutes of hands-on, therapeutic massage therapy as you would experience in the clinical setting - Integrated techniques such as dynamic stretch, Shiatsu trigger point, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish effleurage, and myofascial release. Use of hot towel and range in pressure from medium to firm. - Integrated enhancements such as Gua Sha or “muscle scraping”, cupping therapy, Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape), or percussion gun (Theragun) *A free 10-15 minute consultation is required for this service.
