Service Description
This is an optional extension of any of our personal training services due to an emergency, bad weather, or illness. Includes any exercise program, stretch and mobility sessions, or RNR Therapy). You will receive 2 sessions (each for at least 45 minutes) during the week you would like to continue or extend your program or service(s) per your goals and progress. Consultation is required. Deposit for the first service is also required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking date will not be charged. However, cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount, while those made within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please get in touch with us at (765) 299-1528 at least 72 hours in advance; rescheduling may incur a fee and is subject to availability. Please note any unpaid balance or invoice needs to be paid in full before you can rebook. In special circumstances, such as emergencies, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.
